Job Description

We at bTranz Software Solutions Pvt Ltd are looking for IT Recruiter for internal hiring.

Role: IT Recruiter
Department: Human Resource

Min Qualification-MBA (HR).
Full Time with benefits
Weekdays: 5 Days (Sunday to Thursday) – Friday and Saturday week off.
Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review the open requirements of bTranz and post the same to job boards and social media.
  • Use conventional recruitment sources for Talent Acquisition like (Naukri, Monster or LinkedIn).
  • Update the internal database with details and save resumes for future reference.
  • Review and evaluate the candidates who have applied and share the details to HR Manager and Technical team for review.
  • Shortlist candidates based on feedback by HR Manager or Technical team.
  • Conduct – Telephonic, F2F or Video interviews based on candidates and panel availability.
  • Collect feedback forms and save in internal database.
  • Collect documents of candidates shortlisted and conduct initial BGV.
  • Co-ordinate with HR Manager for candidates who are selected and initiate onboarding.
  • Participate in Internal meetings on recruitment and act upon recommendations.
  • Keep record on new employees and maintenance of existing employees.
  • Interact with college or placement officer or technical training vendors for fresher openings for technical and functional batches.
  • Keep track of existing training batches in bTranz.
  • General HR activities as assigned by company including MIS or Record maintenance.
