Job Description
L2 level support which includes below with good communication skills.
- Telephone support
- Email support
- WhatsApp support
- Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
- Provide support for critical production systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per year
