Internship Events & Sales (Onground) Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development – Events (On-ground Role) , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and driving growth through events. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Event Scouting and Closure: Identify, negotiate, and finalize event opportunities that align with our brand’s goals.
2. Event Setup and Production: Oversee the production and setup of events, ensuring smooth operations and procurement of necessary assets.
3. Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the Inventory team to allocate and manage assets required for events.
4. Team Management: Scout, onboard, train, and manage event teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
5. Sales and Brand Building: Lead events to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and build brand love and awareness.
6. Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to customers during and after events.
7. Event Reporting and Budgeting: Create reports, establish processes, manage budgets, and ensure financial reconciliation and accounting for events.
8. Profitable P&L: Build and maintain a profitable P&L for the region/area.

Key KPIs:

• Successful event scouting, negotiation, and closure.
• Efficient event setup and production.
• Effective team management and event execution.
• Sales performance and brand awareness growth.
• Positive customer feedback and support.
• Accurate reporting, budget adherence, and financial reconciliation.
• Profitable P&L for the assigned region/area.

Key Experience Required:

• Fresher/Graduate or 1-2 years of experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields. (Fresher Role)
• Strong dedication, ownership mentality, and willingness to take charge.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a process-driven environment.
• Agile mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile for success.
