As an internal communications and brand lead you will be primary responsible to manage creating a communications and content strategy to building an editorial pipeline of content
– Develop a set of KPIs to measure, track, and report on the performance of your internal communications strategy on a month-to-month basis.
– Work with our global internal communications team in the US.
– Work with the development team to improve and evolve our employee engagement platform, making it future ready for new engagement tools and channels.
– Demonstrate impact playing a strategic role in driving internal communications programs
– Knowledge of global best practices in internal communications and employee engagement
– Expert knowledge of MS Office, and proficiency in Adobe CS or similar
