Job Description:
Job Title: Talent Executive
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient maintenance of all employee data in our HR management system (Adrenalin), as well as the meticulous upkeep of physical employee records. Additionally, the role involves active participation in talent function priorities and the execution of talent projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of employee data on Adrenalin – Ensure accuracy and data integrity, including employee information, attendance records, and payroll details.
2. Organize and manage physical employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
3. Collaborate with the talent function team to understand quarterly priorities and objectives.
4. Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and completion of talent function goals.
5. Assist in the implementation of engagement initiatives developed by the talent function.
6. Coordinate and support events, programs, and activities aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
7. Collect feedback and data to assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 0-1 years’ or internship projects experience in HR or related field is preferred.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Familiarity with HRIS systems, specifically Adrenalin, is a plus.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow through on tasks.
– Knowledge of HR best practices and talent management concepts is an advantage.
