Job Description
This is a remote position.
Directly report to the Director of Clinical & Training Operations and/or Chief Program Officer
Work in liaison with the Director of Programs
Conduct teleconsultations as a medical doctor (MBBS preferred) for adopted villages in a tribal area in Nashik
Development and review of clinical protocols, training of field health workers on a quarterly basis
Participate in research activities for evaluation of our clinical protocols and projects
Perform literature reviews
Assist in the management of the Clinical Advisory Board
Develop curriculum, cases and role plays for training
Organize and deliver training sessions and CME sessions for health workers, doctors and public health administrators
Conduct quality assurance checks and prepare audit reports
Assist the Director of Clinical and Training operations to implement continuous quality improvement programs
Monitor Project executives and Field managers as need arises
Preparation and translation of documents, reports and presentations
Any other medical work develops in negotiating with partners, existing and future
Clinical experience is preferred, freshers can apply and will be taken on a case by case basis
Experience working in a public health setting preferred
Excellent clinical and public health knowledge
Participation in academic publications, books, conferences
Patient-centered approach
Experience working with diverse groups of stakeholders in the health sector
Project management and administrative skills
Strong understanding of M&E methods in ICT4D preferred
Basic familiarity with Word, Excel, Powerpoint
