Roles and Responsibilities

• Experienced conducting through market research Tech trends, Target Markets, Prospects
• Ability to target right markets, Domains, Companies, Decision makers and generate Market Qualified Lead through Cold calling, emailing, Digital medium (LinkedIn etc.)
• Identify business opportunity, nurture prospects, and convert them into Market Qualified Lead
• Answers questions about service specifications, solutioning, commercial models
• Capability to learn required technical jargon for sales pitch.
• Conduct customer surveys using appropriate tools and contact them in response to correspondence or feedback.
• Manage CRM by capturing accurate customer information.

Requirements

Work Experience / Educational Requirements:

• Educational background: M.B.A
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customer.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Possess Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
