Job Title:- Email Marketing Associate
Location:- Bangalore (Onsite)
What you will do:
. Develop and implement email marketing campaigns with a clear ROI focus, emphasizing revenue generation, conversion optimization, and cost-effectiveness.
Create compelling, data-driven email content that resonates with our target audience, encourages action, and ultimately leads to increased revenue.
Design and segment email lists based on consumer behavior, demographics, and other relevant factors to ensure high targeting precision.
Execute A/B tests and other data-driven experiments to optimize campaign performance, with a primary goal of maximizing ROI.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics related to ROI, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
Adjust and refine the email marketing strategy based on data insights and performance data, with a constant eye on improving ROI.
Ensure email list hygiene, compliance with data protection regulations, and effective list management practices to maximize ROI from our email campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate email campaigns seamlessly into the overall marketing strategy.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in email marketing for ROI and regularly share insights with the team.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven track record of driving ROI through email marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in email marketing software and marketing automation platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
Strong data analysis and A/B testing skills with a focus on optimizing ROI.
Ability to design and implement ROI-driven strategies.
Strong written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template design (preferred).
Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
