About the Team & Business Line:

Finance Innovation Teamis multi-skilled team charged with identifying, building and deploying operational solutionsleveraging a suite of emerging technologies, such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Robotics Process Automation, and Business ProcessManagement,Reconciliation Tools,APIs and Automation.

TheInnovation Specialistwill be a key member of the Finance Innovation Teamteamand will play an integral role indesigning, evaluating andimplementingtechnical solutions to drive efficiency throughprocessdigitization, optimization and automation. Theincumbent will work with and mentor cross-functional teams to establish design and development best practices.

Your Role:

• Participate in designing and reviewing technical solution/architecture diagramswith multiple cross-functional teams
• Ensure technical solutions conform toset standards and are scalable, robust and secure
• Roll up your sleeves and code alongside your team when needed
• Coach and mentor developers of all experience levels, from new college graduates to senior developers
• Gather business requirementsand translate those into an appropriate technical solutionclearly stating as-is and to-be states
• Recommending changes in development, testing, maintenance and system standards
• Help with governance and compliance activities by building policies and components as needed
• Working in an agile development environment andown execution of multiple concurrent projects end to end
• Maintains project reporting and project plans used for senior management reporting
• Createsandreviewssoftware/projectdocumentation

About You:

• Graduate degree inEngineering, Mathematics,Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields
• Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving complex problems
• 3+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of the automated solutions within Power Automate, Blue Prism, Tibco or similar Robotics Process Automation platform
• 5+ years of programming experience in Python/C#/Java/VB/Scala
• Proficiency with querying the data from the structured databases: SQL Server T-SQL, Oracle PL-SQL; DAX, MDX, Power Query M is a plus
• Knowledge of Windows PowerShell or Python scripting
• Experience in development for ML, Cognitive Analytics is a plus
• Experience in taking a leading role in building large-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems is a plus
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for requirements and project management is a plus
• Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral, and the ability to communicate with diverse audience
