Responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for IT/ Non IT positions. Ideal candidate has a passion for technology and strong communication skills. Responsibilities:Source and screen candidates using job boards and social media.

Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications. Conduct phone screenings to evaluate technical skills and experience. Build candidate pipelines through referrals and networking.Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
