We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Sr. PM/AVP to lead the development and growth of our B2B ecommerce recruitment platform. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless and efficient buying experience for our business customers, driving growth, and increasing customer retention. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all potential customers acquired meet our company’s compliance requirements and undergo a thorough verification process. Your responsibilities will include verifying the identity and legitimacy of merchants and assessing potential risks by collaborating with data science and compliance teams.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy of B2B customer acquisition and on-boarding.
Key Responsibilities :
– Develop a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and addresses the needs of B2B recruiters in the Indian market. Conduct extensive research to identify pain points, and opportunities in the B2B recruitment space and define and execute the recruiter acquisition strategy.
– Conduct robust identity verification procedures for each merchant applicant to confirm their identity and legitimacy.
– Champion a user-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle. Utilize customer feedback, data analytics, and user research to continuously improve the platform’s features and functionalities.
– Monitor competitor offerings and market dynamics to identify areas of differentiation and opportunities for the platform’s growth.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap. Collaborate with customer support to address user inquiries and concerns.
– Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design effective go-to-market strategies
Qualifications :
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a knowledge of driving acquisition and on-boarding for B2B customers. MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
– Worked on B2B purchase funnel for e-commerce platform from a merchant/seller perspective.
– Deep understanding of merchant acquisition, verification and their risk assessment
– Proven track record of successfully driving product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and launching products in the Indian market.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
