– Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
– Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
JOB PURPOSE (Briefly describe the objectives of the job):
This position will help Syngene find the best talent across the company. The incumbent will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, monthly business reviews, ensure great relationships with stakeholders and prioritize time in an extremely fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs, define job requirements, and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies
– Managing whole recruitment life cycle, ensuring fulfillment of organizations recruitment needs in accordance with given SLA’s while ensuring system and process compliance
– Creating the most appropriate recruitment strategy for every role by providing sourcing & selection solutions via careers page and job portals, social networks & groups, employer branding, employee referral program, internal job movement etc.
– Working with various stakeholders in requirement updates and analysis and reporting till closure
– Competition Mapping, Market Intelligence reporting and Talent Mapping for different business functions
– Should be able to build a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from application to joining
-Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects and other candidate relationships
– Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
– Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting the company’s values, culture, and career opportunities through various channels
– Understanding and demonstrating responsibility for the Safety of self & colleagues by following all safety protocols provided by Syngene
– Adherence to all environment, health, and safety (EHS) policies & standards at all times in the workplace
– Wearing all PPE as required
– Adherence to all procedures related to Syngene’ s data integrity policies
– Compliance to Syngene’ s quality standards at all times
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Master’s degree (MBA/MSW) in HR or related field
WORK EXPERIENCE : Minimum 8-10years years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition role
TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
– Results oriented and target driven
– Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test, etc.)
– Hands on experience with posting jobs on job board, career portals and social media
– Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HRIS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
– Experience managing and developing people
– Possess the knowledge and exposure to environment, health, and safety (EHS) practices
