Reporting Relationship:
Lead / Sr Lead HRBP would report to the India HR Director. This position will require working at our New Delhi / NCR office.

Requirements:
As a People Operations Business Partner, you are the custodian for the implementation of People Strategy for your business unit(s) and its link to business outcomes. You will be the first point of contact for employees in People Operations for employees within your business unit(s). You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Talent Management teams within People Operations to support the objectives of your business unit(s)
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Understand business, products, and overall objectives and ensure alignment of priorities of the People Strategy with these Partner proactively with leaders on org structure, workforce planning, and succession planning
– Support the managers and leaders in helping the teams be successful in current context but also in preparing for future challenges and growth
– Feedback and support in successful implementation of People Operations activities across employee lifecycle – onboarding, performance management, and career progression, business travel and expense management, and employee grievances resolution
– Be a trusted advisor for the employees, managers and people operations by adhering to confidentiality and integrity at all times
– Be accountable for metrics such as performance, attrition, collaboration and similar metrics.
– Be the cultural ambassador for the teams, and support in culture fit interviews during talent acquisition as well
– Work with Talent Management team for training and development program for the business unit(s
Qualifications:
– Graduate with 4+ years of relevant work experience as Business Partner in BPO Industry
– Experience of managing at least 100-employee business units in a Business Partner role
– Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills Comfortable in an accelerated learning environment, ability to meet deadlines and deliver under pressure
– Experience of working in an extended global team would be a plus
