Position Summary – Responsible for the entire gamut of sales, service and collection activities for Liquid Inks and Adhesives
Reporting Officer Business Head – LI & Adhesives
Reported by South Region- Sales & Technical Services team (LI & Adhesives Products)
Key Responsibilities – Responsible for driving and achieving Annual/Monthly sales target i.e. Volume, Value & Margins as per the Annual business plan for the Region
– Responsible for Receivables management as per policy to ensure positive cash flow
– Develop and implement strategies for increase revenue and market share
– Continuously track market trends and look for new business opportunities in terms of new product requirement as well as new customers
– Develop new channel partners to increase market reach
– Engages technical team to constantly focus on product mix in order to achieve better margins without compromising on quality
– Interfaces proactively with other functions like Production and Logistics to ensure continuous supply of products
– Facilitates Product Development & Application teams in conducting trials & resolving customer complaints
– Responsible for building a team and handling them professionally-all the people related matters, partnering with HR for hiring as per the need, performance evaluation & their development to ensure people motivation & retention
– Manage Key Accounts for the region
– Ensure All EHS standards are followed for the Region
– Ensure legal compliance as per the law of the land and liaison with Government Agencies
– The incumbent will also work as a senior representative of DIC India at various forums & also engaging with the customers
– The incumbent will also be responsible for administratively managing blending operations, warehouse, Sales offices etc.

Education background & experience required Printing/Chemical Engineer having knowledge of printing/packaging/adhesives industry with at least 15-18 years of hands on experience in managing Sales, Strong customer base, Distribution network at Regional Level
