– Work closely with existing and new online retailers and develop marketing strategies to grow sales and monitor execution efficacy
– Spearhead growth of the e-commerce business by implementing new initiatives; organize customer acquisitions. loyalty and retention campaigns
– Develop Account level strategy for each of the key Online FMCG platforms including Amazon, Big Basket, FlipKart, Grofers, Nykaa etc.
– Responsible for executing trade marketing spends and driving optimal Return-on-investment (ROI)
– Consolidate monthly sell-out and pricing information for given online retailers and competitors
– Co-ordinate supply chain to the respective retailers and track fill rates
– Consistently develop strong relationship with the Category and Buyer teams of these accounts
– Deliver budgeted Sales by brands across these accounts
– Build and Execute Plans – Listing, Distribution and Promotional Strategies to grow the business as per objectives
– Excellent communications skills and strong customer-service attitude
– Knowledge of online ecommerce platforms in India
– Knowledge, Skills and efficient
– Persistent and resilience in the pursuit of objectives, willing to take new challenges and resolve issues
– Ability to work with ambiguity and in an entrepreneurial environment
– Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with retailers and distributors
– Demonstrated delivery of sales targets, budget developments, tracking and demand forecasting
– Effective influencing, negotiating and relationship building skills together with excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Knowledge of trade marketing and brand activation preferably with an international brand focus
– Proficient in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.
– MBA Degree Required
– Minimum 3 year’s ecommerce experience specialising in consumer goods required
– Experience in developing and retail programs – online prefeed
– Strong sales management and trade marketing (Commercialisation) experience from CPG,retail environments
– Experience managing Ing and implementing key Business initiatives
– Experience managing BTL marketing executions including brand awareness & activation instore, POS-sampling and events
Location and Travel: The candidate will be based out of Gurgaon with regular travel required to some of the Key cities in the country.
