Marketing Professional
Location: Mumbai / Pune
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
– Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our fintech products in line with company objectives.
– Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
– Brand Development: Enhance and manage the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong market presence.
– Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
– Product Launches: Plan and execute product launch campaigns, ensuring successful market penetration and user adoption.
– Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
– Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead generation programs to fuel the sales pipeline and drive business growth.
– Content Strategy: Develop and oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and appeals to our target audience.
– Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
– Analytics: Analyze marketing performance metrics and use data-driven insights to make continuous improvements to campaigns and strategies.
Technical Skills :
– Proficiency in marketing software, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
– Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Personality and Interpersonal Skills :
– Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
– Creativity, innovation, and the ability to think strategically.
Experience:
– Fintech or financial industry experience is highly desirable.
Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.
