Manager – Digital Marketing
– 4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Saas or software product industry.
– The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence, drive customer acquisition, and improve brand awareness.
– Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels, including search engines, social media platforms, email marketing, display advertising, and mobile applications.
– Lead the development and optimization of the company’s website, ensuring a user-friendly interface, engaging content, and effective lead generation capabilities. Plan and implement digital campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, to drive website traffic and generate leads.
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI.
– Manage social media accounts and online communities, create compelling content, and engage with customers to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and customer satisfaction.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product managers and sales teams, to align digital marketing strategies with business goals and support product launches and promotional activities.
– Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities to improve the company’s digital marketing effectiveness and efficiency. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer insights, market trends, and digital marketing opportunities for the insurance industry.
– Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables, effective budget utilization, and timely execution of campaigns.
– Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, campaign results, and recommendations for future strategies.
