Our Client – A Leading & Listed Financial Services Firm is looking to hire a Lead – Talent Acquisition to Drive Talent Acquisition by creating and executing strategies to attract top talent. Looking for candidates with minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in core TA with both Lateral (bulk) & Campus hiring. Preference for candidates with good pedigree college or established brand.
Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
A. Strategic workforce & Manpower planning
– Identify gaps in the workforce and develop recruitment strategies to ensure manpower, skill & knowledge availability to the organisation
– Analyse the manpower needs of the organisation and drive manpower planning exercise
– Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
B. Streamlining TA Process
– Lead designing & implementation of effective and efficient TA processes
– Drive successful implementation of digital tools for execution of TA processes
C. TA Dashboarding
– Maintain correct database for hiring across the organisation
– Track analytical data regarding all facets of the hiring process, to include sourcing effectiveness, offer rate, accept rate and other analysis as needed
D. Early Careers
– Lead campus relations for the early careers’ programs like CT, MT, GT/NAPS, etc
– Design recruitment strategies to hire top talent from key institutes
– Design and execute effective onboarding program to ensure best in class experience
– Liaison with business for experiential learning projects of campus hires
E. Leadership hiring
– Drive leadership hiring across functions
Professional Qualification
– MBA in HR from Tier 1/2 Business School
– 8-10 years of experience in HR
– Min 5 years of experience in TA COE
Skills and Knowledge
1. Leadership Hiring & hiring for niche roles – Successful track record in leading leadership hiring – Ability to understand niche roles and attract talent in them – Experience with various sourcing strategies like headhunting, job portals, social media, campus etc
2. Process Optimisation – Demonstrated experience in streamlining TA Processes – Strong analytical skills for evaluating and improving existing workflow.
3. Digital Acumen – Proven expertise in implementing and managing TA Modules / ATS
