Position based with a listed NBFC in Mumbai
– Design process and policy guidelines for compensation and benefits as well as rewards strategy including pay mix, pay ranges and payroll administration; ensure timely implementation and adherence to the same across the organisation
– Lead Compensation and Benefits is to oversee and administer the employees rewards and smart benefits across the Location for India.
– Drive the initiatives in the C&B Area.
– Lead the annual compensation planning cycle – new salary range development, merit & bonus modeling, promotion model
– Introducing LTIP plans, incentive schemes for functions / departments in the organisation
– Responsible for benefits benchmarking and end to end management of employee benefits to create a strong Employer Value Proposition
