Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Non Tech) – Leadership & Niche Hiring
Job Location : Gurgaon
Work Mode – Work from Office (5 days a week)
Seasoned HR professional with 6-8 years of In-house recruitment experience in a corporate environment driving leadership & niche hiring.
This is an Individual Contributor role.
Education and Experience:
– Master’s degree (Preferably MBA/PG Diploma in HR) with at least 5-8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
– Expertise in Non-IT Recruitments
– Working experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri & other sourcing channels including Mapping & Head-Hunting.
– Leadership, Niche & Volume hiring experience for Non-Tech roles
– Good in MS Excel and Reporting
– Should have experience in mentoring and training the team members
Key job responsibilities:
– Manage external hiring and IJP process.
– The role involves managing service delivery on SLAs for internal and external hiring
– Creating, managing dashboards for regular updates on hiring
– Proactively identifying issues and highlighting to HRD for prompt resolution
– Develop Colleges as a channel of recruitment
– Manage a team for allocations, travel plans, drives, etc.
– Sourcing and attracting the right talent
– Develop more channels of recruitment
– Responsible for ensuring 100% offer to join ratio
– Monitor and drive recruitment cost and efficiency
– Managing/Tracking all recruitments MIS from search to a formal offer
– Manage participation in job fairs to identify talent and create brand awareness
– Working with the team, develop specific criteria for each search and coordinate the total recruiting project ensuring timely action, cost-effective strategies, and professional and positive contact from all candidates.
– Work with external recruiters, industry associations, national publications, and other sources to develop candidates
– Managing job portals
– Ensure that all aspects of the operations are in accordance with local employment laws and regulations
– Ensure employee development and satisfaction by defining, implementing, developing, and maintaining the Internal Job posting (IJP) at IndiGo
– Support the HR team in implementing employee engagement programs and other activities
