Assist the business strategy group to conduct market/geographical trend analysis and consumer centric assessment and feasibility analysis, develop business plans that leverage Response assets into new business models with the objective of strengthening the positioning of Response in the dynamic media market and constantly innovate to embrace shifts in technology and contemporary working styles.
KRA:
– Pricing: Provide inputs to devise the pricing strategy / rate card keeping in mind current market conditions and competitor analysis through study of existing trends combined with scenario building; track and review the consumption / profitability of our brands and strategy in various markets to maintain the market share and target incremental revenue from existing and new clients
– Evaluation of Customized Deals: Conceptualize and implement new ideas, coordinate /review / brainstorm deals in regions for Go – No go decisions, recommend and provide directional feedback for approval in order to maximize value for the organization as well as the client
– Strategy for New Launch of Editions: Study of the various markets, identify potential ad customers, develop alliances and tie ups that further growth opportunities for the business, ideate and develop marketing strategies, assist in devising pricing strategy and feasibility analysis to ensure profitability and establishment of new launches and incremental revenue generation avenues
– SAP Customization: Provide inputs and partner to streamline existing process related to print advertisement business based on needs of users / business, supervise the implementation workforce for customization of the system, guide and oversee the backend of business warehouse in terms of query creation and data management to ease the process of booking and report generation
– Budgeting: Analyze trends, monitor current revenue position and propose to bring focus on new avenues for revenue and prospect generation, creation and constant review of Response budget on ongoing basis to identify key areas of focus and areas that need improvement from sales and product strategy perspective.
