Our client is a upcoming D2C brand in Jewelry business.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
– Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitor analysis, and identify new market opportunities.
– Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various marketing channels.
– Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, public relations, and traditional advertising.
– Manage and develop relationships with marketing agencies and vendors.
– Analyze marketing campaign performance using data and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
– Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and implement them into marketing strategies.
– Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
– Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
– Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management.
Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field MBA, PGDM in Marketing.
– Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
– Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
– Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, market research, digital marketing, and analytics.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
– Data-driven and analytical with a strong understanding of marketing metrics and ROI.
– Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
