We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketer with a focus on the Life sciences industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our client, operating in the Biotechnology and Life Sciences domain. As a Digital Marketer specialising in Life sciences, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online visibility, connect and engage with the target audience, and enhance brand presence in the Biotechnology/Life sciences market.
Responsibilities:
1. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):
– Conduct thorough SEO audits and keyword research to optimise website content.
– Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
– Analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
2. Content Marketing:
– Develop and execute content marketing strategies tailored to the Life sciences industry.
– Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, and white papers.
– Engage with relevant online communities to generate awareness and look for potential collaboration
3. Social Media Management:
– Design and execute social media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
– Generate compelling content, including industry updates, product highlights, and user testimonials.
– Foster engagement and build a strong online community within the Life sciences sector.
4. Paid Advertising:
– Develop and manage targeted paid advertising strategy across platforms (like Google Ads, social media etc).
– Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and optimise for maximum ROI.
– Utilise A/B testing to refine ad creatives and targeting strategies.
5. Conversion Optimisation:
– Collaborate with the web development team to enhance the user experience on the website.
– Ensure the website is responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with industry best practices.
– Implement strategies to drive website traffic and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
– Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, within the Life sciences or biotechnology industry.
– In-depth knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.
– Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
