Job Title: Business Head – IT Staffing (Vice president)
Position Overview: upGrad is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Business Head for IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and growing the IT staffing business unit, ensuring its strategic and operational success. The role involves overseeing all aspects of staffing operations, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
– Develop and execute a strategic vision for the IT staffing business unit aligned with upGrad’s overall goals.
– Lead the development and implementation of business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
2. Operational Excellence:
– Oversee day-to-day staffing operations, including talent acquisition, client management, and delivery.
– Implement best practices to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of staffing processes.
3. Client Relationship Management:
– Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
– Collaborate with clients to understand market trends, emerging technologies, and workforce demands.
4. Revenue Growth:
– Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base and increasing the volume of successful placements.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT staffing domain.
5. Team Leadership and Development:
– Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of staffing professionals.
– Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
6. Market Intelligence:
– Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
