Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
2. Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with key customers.
3. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
4. People Management – Maintaining conducive professional relationship with all business partners.
5. Driving LSP, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.
6. Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.
7. Managing Depot – ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issue.
8. Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS handling.
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree in related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG Industry
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
