Job Responsibilities:
– Accountable for sourcing and acquiring new business; Sub Brokers/Channel Partners, Distributors and IFAs.
– Secure New and increased commercial opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship building.
– Design and implement business development plans for Channel Partner acquisition.
– Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
– Building strong relations with Sub-brokers / Channel Partners, Distributors and IFAs.
– Ensuring channel partner productivity by increasing transaction Volume, New Client Acquisition.
– Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the Relationship Managers of an assigned territory.
– Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the Relationship Managers.
– Motivating Relationship Managers to achieve sales quotas and evaluating their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales quotas.
– Traveling throughout an assigned territory to train and guide company sales representatives.
