Relationship Manager – Sales
Job description
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Develop a deep understanding of clients” business needs, challenges, and goals to offer personalized solutions and upsell additional products or services
Regularly communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, meetings, and presentations to address inquiries and provide updates on products/services
Business Development:Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
Proactively pursue leads and convert them into long-term business relationships
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth
Sales and Revenue Generation:Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value. and benefits of the company’s offerings
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met effectively
Provide feedback from clients to relevant teams to improve products or services based on customer preferences and requirements
Sales Reporting and Analysis:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager or Sales Manager, preferably in a related industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships
Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred:Experience using CRM software
Understanding of the products or services offered by the company
Industry-specific certifications or training related to sales and relationship management,
