Job Description:
• Spearheading the business operations for the Middle East, North Africa and East Africa regions specifically for Oman, Sudan, Saudi, Yemen, Jordan, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Ethiopia, Egypt, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Zambia.
• Leading the end-to-end government tender process for the business division in the African continent.
• Building trust relations with key partners & stakeholders and acting as a point of contact for important shareholders
• Revamping the existing business plans and developing the new business plans for various geographical regions
• Identifying the new product, managing the regulatory follow-up and commercialization, in highly regulated markets like USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina and other markets in Lat-Am countries.
• Monitoring operations and business activities to ensure these produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy & mission and against the annual sales plans.
• Identifying and Establishing possibility of new subsidiary operations, acquisitions, strategic partnerships for the regions
• Supervising the overall daily operations of the business unit including subsidiaries.
• Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and profitability.
• Analyzing the problematic situations & occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival & growth.
• Position Description: The company is looking for 18+ years of experienced professionals with a demonstrated performance history of working in the chemicals industry. Skilled in Marketing Management, Market Planning, Agrochemicals, Business Planning, and International Business. Experience in regulated and non-regulated markets like USA, Canada, Mexico, LatAm, Middle East, North Africa, East Africa. Hands-on experience in managing the Government tendering process in UAE Markets, Long term supplier contracts, Regulatory Compliance in highly regulated markets
• Candidate requirements: International Business experience in the agrochemical industry in sales & business development
