Your Role and Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for responsible to ensure MIS team is reporting, maintaining and publishing daily, weekly and monthly operational, service level reports and volumetric data/related dashboards. He/she will also be responsible to understand the entire business process alignments with stakeholder functions for identifying the right means for measurement of key business metrics and use data management and automation (macro) skills for improved and enhanced reporting for the business.
Functional knowledge on MIS reporting activities.
MIS report generation related to staff attendance, service levels, processing time, client invoicing ,any other operational reporting accurately & in timely manner
Analyse data and prepare ad-hoc/periodic reports for different stakeholders.
Assist the stakeholder functions in understanding parameters of performance, with data-oriented root-cause analysis.
Data mapping & mining, generating various reports from system and supporting improvement projects.
Generation business analytics & business intelligence reports and maintain data repository
Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency & quality.
Monitor performance trends & lead governance framework with Delivery leads.
Create client & internal presentations.
People Management role responsible to lead account MIS team
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
8+ years of job-related experience
Data analysis, data management and data presentation experience is required
Awareness of Customer service/customer operations environment ( Experience in banking industry would be an advantage )
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Proficient in compute skills in MS Excel, Macros, MS Office. Experience in MS Access / Tableau would be an advantage.

Proficient in Statistics and basis mathematical computation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Stakeholder management & networking skills.
Comfortable in managing follow ups & focused to achieve business outcomes
