Position Summary
Corporate Operations team directly supports the strategic and tactical needs of our solutions to ensure profitable growth and operational effectiveness. Our primary goal is to aid Huron’s multiple practices to continue as high performing businesses. The team drives value by effectively and efficiently managing the key business activities or operations across our solutions. Our team understands collaboration and communicates well with people at all levels, both within the US and India.
Qualifications
The RMO – Sr Analyst will be responsible for a broad range of activities to support Resource Management and Business Operations. This position will work closely with Resource Management and Business Operations and will report to Resource Management Lead in India. The role and responsibilities shall include but not be limited to below and may vary based on our overall priorities and strategy.

Daily review of Salesforce opportunities ready for pre-staffing.

Ideal candidate need to collaborate with global counterparts and should be flexible in supporting through evening IST hours

Daily review Salesforce Opportunities to check for following:
-
Missing pricing tools
-
Date changes
-
Opportunities with past due dates
-
Liaising with Project Support and Scope Owner to ensure accurate information is captured in Salesforce.

Loading resource plans and forecast in Workday accurately (from accurate pricing tools in Salesforce)
-
Regularly reaching out to PMs/Scope Owners to check on project extensions and getting accurate information updated in Salesforce and subsequently forecasted in Workday. Wherever needed, connect PMs with Project Support for smooth operations.

Assisting Resource Management with:
-
Maintenance of worker forecasts & team roster based on onboarding, transfers, etc.

Follow up with resources to have their forecasts up to date, due to PTO / Holidays / Absence

Adding certification courses/training to worker forecast while also actively working with Certification teams.

Track and audit if employee skills/industry details are updated, if not, follow up and ensure completion.

Additional tasks that may arise per Resource Management priorities.

Reporting:

Track and report utilization and provide reasoning for over/under utilization wherever applicable.

Help track shadow and investment hours across industries and provide insight wherever possible. Follow up with PMs as necessary.

Assist Resource Management with scheduled and ad-hoc reporting activities.
Qualifications
-
At least 1 – 2 years of work experience in business operations, finance, or resource management.

Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Business/Operations

Understand basics of Resource Management

High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Experience in a team environment

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
-
Ability to effectively communicate across all levels to address challenges.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The ability to learn quickly, work independently and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with enterprise PSA tools/resource automation systems and software (preferably Workday and Salesforce) will be good to have
-
Knowledge on Service Now (How to assign / re-assign / add comment / send email) will be good to have.
