We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Quality Assurance Lead, Corporate Services Technology.
In this role, you will:

• Support multiple pods across Corporate Services Technology
• Lead the Quality and Testing practice across one of our major technology programmes.
• Work on a programme delivering a workplace mobile application to the majority of HSBC globally.
• Work as a Scrum Master / Servant leader for a team of testing and development resources
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint retrospective and other Agile events for one or more delivery pods.
• Bridge the gap between development and support helping us move towards a fully DevOps environment ensuring that Quality is high across our team
• Pay attention to Service Quality in Change and incident management
• Bring the right people together to find new and innovative ways to improve the Testing and Quality processes across the team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience with an Agile Framework such as Scrum, ideally with a PSM or CSM certification
• Project Management experience with a track record of successful delivery
• 5 years experience in a similar role at a large organisation
• PPM / PMO knowledge, experience, and certification
• Has worked for a large globally diverse company
• High level technical knowledge of mobile applications
• Testing practice knowledge and experience
• Educated to a degree level, ideally within the Computer Sciences.
