We are looking for an intern Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Process Designer that wants to change the workplace! As an HRMS Intern, you should be an energetic and passionate individual who supports the development and management of our HR systems, particularly in the areas of automation of processes and procedures, and support on recruitment administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of the Global Recruitment and Payroll processes.
• Basic understanding of PMO activity and Global HR processes.
• Communicate project progress and status updates to senior management.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Passion for working for a startup.

Education Qualification

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource.

Note: This is a junior position for 2021 , 2022 & 2023. Freshers/College Graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
