Role: HR Operations Fresher.
Hybrid /3 Days WFH – 2 Days WFO
Responsibilities:
• Maintain employee records while assuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Managing employee data, including attendance, leaves of absence and work schedules.
• Prepare human resources documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and job contracts.
• Facilitate the onboarding procedures for new employees, including conducting demos of HR applications utilized within the organization, such as attendance and time-sheet software, and conducting discussions on corporate policies.
• To ensure compliance and fulfill employee needs, communicate with external partners such as background verification and insurance vendors.
• Create frequent HR and administrative activity reports for management review.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR and administrative issues by giving accurate and timely information.
• Support the Accounts and Finance team by providing them with timely employee attendance data to facilitate the processing of monthly salaries.
• Assist in HR process Audits.
• Help the IT team maintain devices and coordinate logistics.
• Assist with various administrative responsibilities such as office supply management and vendor coordination.
Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelors or Master’s in human resource management.
• Experience managing employee data effectively with HR tools such as HRIS or HRMS.
• Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent phone, email, and in-person communication skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently are required
