The Process Factory within the Transformation Organization is seeking a Process Mining Analyst.
This is a collaborative and hands on role with the key objectives of providing knowledge on how to build analyses in our process mining tools for driving business improvements. More specifically you will understand, design and code process mining analysis use cases to provide visibility for various HP teams into their processes.
As part of this role, you will also provide support on maintenance and changes to the analysis and views needed to run such process mining projects.
This is highly-dynamic and exciting role at the center of critical efforts to continuously evolve the company – a trusted go-to resource for Process Mining leaders, who understands programming, data structures and HP processes, gets things done and works effectively across all levels of the organization.
Specific responsibilities include:
Determine underlying processes, systems and data for the project in scope.
Design and program the process mining software to show the right information from the data within the target HP systems.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical business stakeholders to understand the best ways to design the process mining analyses.
Work closely with process owners and SMEs to generate the analytics that serve as a single source of truth for business performance measurement as well as data-driven decision making.
Collaborate with IT system experts to ensure the IT systems are set up correctly to gather all relevant information and support the most effective data structures.
Work with IT and other HP teams to define a realistic recommendation and roadmap and gain agreement from relevant HP teams.
Build and understand all the initial analysis and dashboards for the agreed use cases.
Assist with implementation of solutions to deliver benefits.
Other related activities as determined by the various projects needs.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors or Master’s Degree or equivalent.
Experience with connecting process mining software to data and building analyses
Experience writing code (Java, C, C++, C#, VB.Net, etc.) and SQL statements would be recommended
Familiar with SAP structure & tables
Familiar with AWS and other cloud data environments
Experience in SQL DB setup, support and management
Experience with visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.)
Experience with HP processes is a plus
Typically 8 or more years of related work experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding the people, processes and data structures across a broad range of HP processes
Designing and programming effective SQL solutions
Process thinking skills with attention to detail, customer first and lean thinking
High degree of flexibility and the ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment
Good collaboration, conflict resolution, relationship building, and communication skills
Ability to work with/influence across functions within the organization to achieve actionable results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to apply good judgement, discretion and sensitivity when engaging core team members and stakeholders across the organization on programs that may not yet be broadly communicate
Experience with various team collaboration and program management tools, such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Zoom.
