Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist for our hotel in Dadar, Mumbai you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and increasing brand visibility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract guests, boost occupancy rates, and promote our hotel’s services and amenities.You shall be responsible for Corporate and Travel Agents Room sales for the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Analyze data to determine pricing, demand, and customer segments.
Identify opportunities for expansion and growth.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and. online travel agents.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients for room blocks, events, and long-term stays.
Marketing Initiatives:
Create and manage marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
Utilize digital marketing, social media, and email marketing to engage with potential guests.
Develop and manage promotional offers and packages.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and advertising expenditures.
Ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.
Online Presence:
Manage the hotel’s online presence.
Monitor online reviews and respond to guest feedback.
Event Planning:
Collaborate with the events team to promote and coordinate special events and conferences.
Market event spaces and services for weddings, conferences, and other gatherings.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with other departments, such as reservations, front desk, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Provide regular reports on sales and marketing performance to the management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of the Mumbai market and its hospitality trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools.
Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies.
