Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the content strategy for the channel/cluster basis channel objectives, market scenario, competition, etc. in order to ensure the HMOV vertical achieves overall viewership target
• Provide support for planning the channel FPC to maximize viewership
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders like OAP, marketing, Traffic and PRS to ensure smooth functioning of channels
• Analyze Daily/Weekly viewership data to fuel viewership growth

Performance Measures:

• Targets on the viewership of channels assigned
• Smooth and error-free functioning of channels assigned
• Number of sharp and actionable insights that were provided to business that aided strategic decisions
• Initiatives to increase efficiency of operations

Qualifications:

• Graduate
• Exposure to the media industry will be preferred
• Good Quantitative and analytical ability
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data (MS Excel Must)
