Job Description:
As a Sales Manager for our hardware division, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies to promote our windows and modular kitchen products. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with other departments to achieve revenue and growth targets. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their individual and team goals.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and interior designers to drive business growth.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our windows and. modular kitchen products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost control.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to the senior management team.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to secure profitable deals.
Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Sales Forecasting: Forecast sales trends and demand, ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve our products and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hardware industry, with a focus on windows or modular kitchen products.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
