We are looking for a dispatcher and customer-oriented service representative who will be supporting the clients based in USA. A dispatcher/ driver manager will make sure that all loads are picked up and delivered on time. He shall be point of contact for USA drivers and customers. A dispatcher/CSR, will act as a liaison, provide shipment information and resolve any emerging problems that our drivers or customer accounts might face, with accuracy and efficiency.
The best dispatchers/ CSRs should be genuinely excited to help drivers and customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. They can put themselves in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to them. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigation if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to drivers and customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Manage a fleet of 40-50 trucks
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess drivers’ and customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with drivers and customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle drivers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of drivers/customer interactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage drivers and customers.
Requirements
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Proven dispatch and customer service experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with TMS systems and practices
• Driver/ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective solutions.
