Ophthalmic Counselor
1) Counselor has to visit doctor clinic/hospital as per schedule.
2) Counselor will take consent from patient and explain about the program.
3) If patient agrees to enroll in the program counselor will help patient to send documents to Saarathi healthcare (Third party service provider)
4) Counselor will be in touch with Saarathi to know the status of enrollment
5) Counselor will follow up with Saarathi to check on drug delivery
6) If any counselor come across and AE they will be responsible for reporting of AE
7) Coordinate with HO to give an update on patient enrollment.
