We are now looking for a Network Solutions Head for Customer Unit (CU) Rjio (Role – Domain Sales Manager) This position is responsible to drive Networks – RAN and Transport (Domain) sales, as the Technology Talking Partner, by supporting the Key Account organization with business development and domain-specific sales activities securing that Ericsson is perceived as a preferred partner. Work on strategic level identifying leads and opportunities.
In this role, you would:
Drive and develop strategy and financial plan/governance for Network products, software and solutions toward customers, together with the Key Account Manager.
Drive and develop strategic portfolio requirements and plans, including influencing Ericsson solutions toward customers
Drive products and software improvement for customers via market area domains.
Drive spectrum strategy for the country toward regulator with the Govt and Industry Relations team
Support and collaborate with Sales Teams
Drive the Network Product strategy and execution with focus to accelerate the 5G Ambition.
Manage subordinates for direct report as well as relevant teams, ensure the competence readiness and performance management
Drive the One Team approach with different work groups and internal teams.
