Campus Recruiter (Head)
– You are responsible for strategy, planning, coordination, development and execution of Company’s campus program, early career program and talent branding. This will include the overall strategy of the campus program, planning career fairs and campus events, development of university partnerships. You will also be responsible to create, design, deploy and manage specialized programs for interns and the new graduate workforce unique to the Company.
– You are responsible for talent experience and will be responsible for building Company’s Sprinklr employer brand across the region. You will create a platform to showcase Sprinklr as an amazing place to work with fun, inspiring, and brilliant people on the team, and the ideal place to grow your career.
– You will develop and build on exciting and innovative programs to drive awareness and attract the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
– Create and execute a di erentiating Campus Strategy for the organisation.
– Partner with business leaders on driving campus hiring initiatives, mapping out headcount, and conforming team and location placement of fungible university hires for teams
– Showcase your passion for campus talent acquisition and delivering a world-class candidate Understanding and knowledge of curriculum, market trends, competitor best practices, and relationships with colleges and universities (including faculty, administrators, career centres, student groups, etc.).
– Own and participate in intern program activities to maintain candidate engagement that results in higher conversion of interns to
– Ensuring quality of hire and hiring the Co’s way
– Ensuring Candidate and Manager Experience
– Supporting Pre-Onboarding and Onboarding of Campus Hires
Qualification And Experience:
i. Minimum of 5+ Years of Campus Recruiting experience
ii. Experience in high volume recruitment processes and/or understanding of the graduate recruitment
iii. Successfully managed recruitment events/career fairs
iv. Solid project management and organizational skills with a good sense of urgency and attention to
v. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation
vi. Ability to multi-task and handle con icting priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced
vii. High level of self-motivation and Proven ability to in uence both internal and external stakeholders and manage varied relationships.
viii. Successfully managed recruitment events/career fairs
ix. Be hyper-knowledgeable about our business and
x. Own the analytics and reporting of pipeline health, key performance recruiting metrics and identify
xi. Adopt and drive usage of tech tools platforms globally used by the Sprinklr team for consistency, data integrity, data security, and analytics reporting
