Job Description

    Product Lead – Digital Lending/Unsecured Loan- Manage end-to-end product design and execute with partner. – Lead cross-functional engineering projects to build and launch our new product & grow the product. Identify gaps, pain points & opportunities in current process.- Create capabilities across the lending lifecycle in a modular lending stack .(acquisition, onboarding, credit modelling, decisioning and post sales service experiences etc.)- Understand and break down the problem statement for easy communication with engineers.- Building BRD documents as per business requirements scope and design journey flows for end to end digital lending (onboarding to disbursement).- Work closely with Risk & Tech team and other internal stakeholders for UAT & Testing.- Coordinate with partner for integration. Manage SOP for Life cycle Journey in LOS & LMS and work towards Process Improvement and Existing Business opportunities,
