We are seeking an active and passionate person to join our small team. Looking for Delhi/ Gurgaon based candidates only.

Job Roles:

• Handling Customer Queries.
• Inventory Planning/ Coordination with Stores. Address sourcing/ PR requests.
• Stock updation.
• Manage returns/ return requests.
• General management of a growing business/ startup.
• Working closely with the merchandising team to keep a check on everyday functioning.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of our products, market, and competition. Market research on specific topics as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must have the ability to collaborate effectively, work cross-functionally, build relationships, and excel in a team environment
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good at managing systems and problem-solving
• Fluent in English.
• Energetic and dynamic.
• Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes.

• Working in a start-up or early-stage environment where you will be defining best practices for your role.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
