We are looking for a Sales Manager who is fluent in English, has Good Communication and Negotiation skills, and is goal oriented. The responsibilities include negotiating and closing sales deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Salary: Upto 1200 USD per month
Age : less than 26 years
Eligibility : Graduate in any Discipline/Freshers can apply

What would you do?

• Targeting potential clients, and actively following up on sales leads. Stay up to date with industry trends. Research leads, identify opportunities and network within the field.
• Maintain consistent and timely follow-up on sales with a focus on setting a tour of the venue and achieve the weekly/ monthly goals. All client communication and tasks will be captured in the CRM system for performance tracking.

• Define needs of client, Handle the Objections, Get the required documents and information, Meet all the needs of client, Negotiate and close the deal
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Finish assigned task on time, good at scheduling and time managing and prioritising.
• Keeping track of data and info of all the clients.
• Team Support: Work with team members. be a team player and attend all the daily meetings
• Build rapport with clients, earning their business through your ability to demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Laptop, high speed internet;
• The focus on sales targets, ambitiousness, learning ability, flexibility;
• High level of activity, responsibility;
• Confident use of computer applications (G-suite etc.)
• Knowledge of English and Urdu at B2, C1 level, and above
• Flexibility
