Attributes :
· Graduated in BE, BTech, BCA, BSc IT, BSc CS, MCA & MSc
· Excellent English communication, both verbal and written
· Strong in Logical thinking and Learning Skills
· Minimum Typing speed of 35wpm & good in Keyboard Shortcuts
· Able to handle 3 to 5 chats at a time
· Knowledge about web hosting is an added advantage
· Flexible to work – 24/7 – Rotational shifts including night shifts
