Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
- Must-Have Embedded C Development for RTOS, Product Tracing and Logging
- Experience using HW Acceleration
- Strong 3GPP Protocol stack knowledge, Wireshark
Must Have :
Experience in design/development of:
1) MAC, Scheduler and FAPI interface OR
2) RLC, PDCP, SDAP or GTP-U
3) Strong skills of Fast path packet processing, cpu profiling and optimization4) Strong 4G/5G Background
5) Experience using UE/core simulator test equipment
6) Knowledge of O-RAN specifications
Good-to-Have : Virtualization Experience

1 Design and develop 5G gNB (DU, CU)
2 Enhancement of 4G eNodeB L2 modules
3 Funtional testing of gNB/eNB
4 Virtualization of CU/DU as necessary
5 Team leading, inputs to project planning, SW release management
