Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Under active guidance of Senior, Understand the details as mentioned in Design Operating Basis submitted by R&D and accordingly create P&IDs, and other related documents.
- Coordination between instrumentation, piping, civil & construction group and R&D as and when required as per project schedule.
- Coordinate with the Procurement department & vendor for obtaining drawing of equipment.
- Visit the site to find out that the work is proceeding as thought in the design stage and communicate the problems if any to superiors
- Actively participate in the Process engineering & commissioning of:
- New Projects
- Modification of existing plants .
- Coordinate with production team during the plant trials.
- Assist to prepare SOPs & HAZOP
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate Chemical Engineer with 1 2 yrs experience in Design, projects commissioning or technical services, preferably in organic chemicals manufakjlcturing. Candidate should be willing to travel for work in our manufacturing sites near Bharuch in Gujarat and Ratnagiri in Maharashtra. Freshers with good academic background can also be considered.
