Job Title: Head of Zoho CRM
Position Overview: The Head of Zoho CRM is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic implementation, management, and optimization of the Zoho CRM platform within the organization. This role plays a critical part in driving customer relationship management excellence, improving sales and marketing processes, and enhancing overall customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Zoho CRM Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and customization of the Zoho CRM platform to meet the specific needs of the business.
Data Management: Oversee data quality, integrity, and hygiene within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
User Training: Provide training and support to CRM users to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness in using the platform.
Reporting and Analytics: Create. and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights for decision-making and performance tracking.
Integration: Collaborate with other teams and departments to integrate Zoho CRM with other software systems and tools, such as marketing automation and sales tools.
Workflow Automation: Develop and optimize workflows and automation rules to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR) within the CRM system.
Performance Evaluation: Track and measure the performance of the CRM system against key performance indicators (KPIs) and make necessary adjustments to improve its efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Management: Manage a team of CRM administrators, developers, and analysts.
Vendor Relations: Maintain a strong relationship with Zoho as a software provider and keep up to date with new features and updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in implementing and managing Zoho CRM or a similar CRM platform.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and strategies.
Excellent project management skills.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
Proficiency in CRM customization, configuration, and automation.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Understanding of data security and compliance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Zoho CRM certification.
Experience with Zoho One and other Zoho suite applications.
Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends,
