Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibility Areas:
· Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, pertaining to their age, education, work experience, language, eligibility and their chances of immigration.
· Interact with professionals / clients in person and assist them with the overseas process.
· Apprehend the expectations and requirements of the clients and aid them with relevant overseas career opportunities (taking into account all the eligibility factors).
· Provide updates to the clients via emails and phone calls.
· Generate feed backs from clients and prepare your daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
What you have got?
· Self-learning and development skills with respect to product knowledge in order to provide value services to clients.
· Excellent communication skills &fluency in English language (mandatory).
· Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills…
· Aptitude to work in a team.
· Urge to learn and grow.
