We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in the dynamic field of real estate sales.
*Responsibilities:*
1. *Calling, Meetings, and Closures:* Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings. Efficiently handle client inquiries and provide comprehensive information about available properties. Facilitate property viewings and negotiations to achieve successful closures.
2. *Pan India Travel:* Willingness to travel across various locations in India to meet clients, attend property expos, and participate in networking events. Flexibility and adaptability to diverse geographical settings are essential for this role.
3. *Computer Proficiency:* Utilize computer software and tools effectively to maintain client databases, track leads, and generate reports. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
4. *Lead Support:* Benefit from comprehensive lead support provided by the company. Leverage these resources to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets consistently.
5. *Presentation and Communication Skills:* Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and articulate communication abilities. Build rapport with clients and stakeholders by delivering compelling sales pitches and addressing their queries professionally.
